Organ Thursday – News of our old and our new organ

Your webkeeper humbly offers this modest video including some recordings of odds and ends from recent weeks (all too lightly practiced). It includes some photos of various Easter liturgies, and some of the surrounding music, including one from Holy Week. J.S. Bach: Fantasy in G Minor, Herzlich tut, Wachet auf!, and the hymn “Thee will I love, my strength, my tower.” The organ makes a proud statement of our faith and assists us in singing the resurrection and death of our Lord Jesus Christ.
