Fifth Sunday at Five Organ Recital for August 2025

FIFTH SUNDAY AT FIVE Organ Recitals
continue at
Saint Augustine’s House, Oxford, Michigan, on Sunday, August 31, 5 P.M.
FREE and Open to the Public
The recitalist is Daniel John Susan, organist at St. Augustine’s House. He previously served parishes and schools in Arkansas, Texas, Arizona, and Michigan. His teachers include Craig Chotard, Robert Ellis, Lenora McCroskey, and Marie-Madeleine Duruflé.
The program includes:
Trio Sonata in E-Flat, No. 1, BWV 525, J.S. Bach.
Concerto in A Minor, No. 2, mvt. 1, Vivaldi-Bach.
Three Elevations, Op 32, Marcel Dupré.
Two Chorales, Jehan Alain.
The program will conclude with the singing of a hymn.

We are located on a hilly, “Natural Beauty Road” which means it is dirt. While it is ordinarily quite passible with only a few potholes to dodge, after prolonged rain it can demand even slower speeds. Allow a little extra time for travel.
